which has its Headquarters at P.O. Belur Math, Howrah, West Bengal.

Ujjala Bharat Ujjwal Bhavishya as part of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ : Deptt of Power, along with APEDA and District Administration organized a ‘Bijli Mahotsav’ in East Kameng under the umbrella of Ujjwal Bharat Ujjwal Bhavishya – Power @2047 was launched by Hon. Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs Shri Mama Natung with the grace presence of Rev. Sec. Maharaj, RKM Lumdung and other numerous dignitaries on 30th July 2022 at the convention hall, Lumdung bustee. RKM School’s students performed nukkad nataks that highlighted on awareness of saving power, reduction of load-shredding and its benefits towards unprecedented growth both power sector and country at large. A huge turnout of local people was noticed. While addressing the massive gathering Shri Mama Natung, Hon. Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs, shared about his experience regarding hardship faced earlier due to non-availability of electricity in Lumdung and other nearby villages,and acknowledges the hardship faced by the Deptt. of Power in providing electricity to far flung villages. A fascinating cultural tribal dance was also performed by the students of Ramakishna Mission Shishu Vidyamandir on this occasion.
